From the second, we pulled up to the property there was somebody waiting to park our vehicle after we checked in. They even offered to help with our luggage. The staff leader at night was very welcoming and cheerful, and this is unusual to walk into a hotel and find somebody Very chipper. The area where you check-in was very clean and had a very nice lemon lime water, waiting for anybody who needed to quench their thirst. The room was very meat and all amenities were easy to get if needed. I was just very impressed with the staff at this particular Washington DC hotel. Food in the restaurant Was very good. I had the escargot and the mushrooms. They give you drink coupons and a coupon for a percentage off of meals upon check-in, which was unexpected. I will definitely stay again.

They gave great advice and were always so upbeat , and they managed the very busy desk very professionally and cordially. Considering how busy the hotel was I feel it would have benefited to have some extra staff on the front desk to lessen pressure.We had a slight issue with lighting in the room. Otherwise our experience was very positive.

I loved having access to the restaurant downstairs is a plus. You get a drink ticket when you check in, a discount for a meal, and they have fabulous happy hours and rooftop yoga events. Beautiful hotel, large rooms with extremely comfortable beds, very clean with all the in room amenities that you could need. Staff were helpful & friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. It definitely made our first stay in Washington more enjoyable.
